Older Authors

I have almost completed an extremely old novel by the late Taylor Caldwell.  It’s entitled “Dear and Glorious Physician”.  She said that it took her 46 years to complete it.   Has anyone read it before?  It is a masterpiece to me.  After that one I am going to begin reading Harper Lee’s “To Kill A Mockingbird”.  Another masterpiece in my own estimation.  Links are below for both books.

I love books by newer authors and the topics are myriad.  But don’t ever let older books go the way of the dodo.  Many of them were written when the world was young.  ‘Nuf said
